Am trying to prove my friend wrong on this so help me out....

He's buying a DC5-R from a shop here in Arizona, the guy whose selling it to him says the legalization process of title, vin, ect. will cost from $2,000 - $2,500.

Now I think this is a little high but I might be wrong, that's why I seek HELP.

I understand that there are VERY FEW legitimally "federalized" imports in the country wrt DC5Rs, and its mostly due to the cost.

If not done correctly and legally, it's entirely possible the car would be seized and crushed w/o any refund.

your looking around about paying 10g to get it federally legalized most of it is oaying a laywer to do t he paperwork and understadning the epa and the state laws have fun trying
