The stock door speaker housing will have a 5" - 5 1/16" mounting diameter hole and will fit speakers up to about 2" in mounting depth, [without mods] most Honda/Acura front speakers locations have 3/4" - 1" of "height" clearance, from housing face, [without mods]
There is extra mounting depth, [not sure how much on a 2000 Accord] by cutting the back off the speaker housing to allow for speaker magnet, [size of hole will depend on speaker magnet diameter].
If you need exact numbers, pull a door panel and speaker and check.
