unless they use a smaller diameter pipe for the sohc then they do for the dohc.
i am actually using a SRI off a b18 on my d16

lol dude even if the rubber connector doesnt fit you can get one at the near by auto store for 3 dollars. you can use pretty much any intake.

Can he send you a pic of it? If it is not for an SI the diameter might be smaller but will still work.

lol it will work fine unless u have a gsr motor in the car which u dont so boom your good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As long as it isn't for the D16Y7 engine that has the throttle body facing up.

So all honda intakes are universal among hondas, beside the y7? Is the tubing the same size?

No not honda intakes, aftermarket intakes. It all depends on the type of aftermarket intake though. Like I said, ask for a pic of it and see if it will fit your application.

Okay and also I tried taking my CAI off.. I know that I have to unscew the
clamp(s) off my intake manifold.. but theres also a little clip with 2 wires that I have to take off. Do i just unplug the clip/harness and leave the little rubber piece in the intake or do i have to take everything off? Also theres a little hose, do I just take it off?

just take the hose off and well u better hope the other intake comes with that clip lol and the hose will just push on the new intake and the clip should just clip in

ya it will work with no prob. you will have to get a bigger adapt for the TB. but ya it will def work as long as its not off a y7
