Painting Rims- Quick question

haven't done this in awhile but do you have to strip the paint off the rims or can i just scuff the surface with like 320 grit then paint over it, no primer?

You dont have to stip the paint, but you can if you'd like. I'd use primer though, In case you missed some areas.
