i searched, but had no luck....
the other day, all my guages seemed to go dead-speedo, temp, gas, and odometer... but i still have the dash and warning lights in the cluster?!
at the same time i lost my turn signals, but the stick still does the highbeams, so the stick seems to work
i checked all the fuses under steerinng wheel and hood.... all good
i checked owner's manual and none of the fuses are listed as doing the guages or signals, just the hazards... but they work
has anyone ever had this problem?

Find a Helm's and check all of the grounding leads.

 

I just had this problem myself, took me a year to figure it out, what i did finally to get it working was pulled the plug out of the VSS and sprayed a little DD40 in it. Also check the fuse under the wheel that says backup lights, this too controls you gauges. As far as my turn signals, i have not found out what is wrong with them yet, what i had to do is go behind the switch, and run a new wire between the switch and the head light, and go to auto parts store and buy to 2 prong flashers and hook them upto the wires, this will get you blink back. follow that link, look in there you will find 92-95 civic fuse breakout, 3 fuses control the gauges.
