help plz
First off, a few things are blindingly apparent:
1) You're not living in America. You're in fact, living in Egypt. This will make it extremely hard to acquire performance parts for your car.
2) You don't know anything about cars. You don't even know what kind of performance and induction modifications can go on your car, or even what these modifications are.
3) I'll repeat this for effect. You don't know anything about cars. Even if you knew what kind of modifications to do to your car, you most likely wouldn't know how to install them or tune them properly. Hell, you probably don't even know what I'm talking about right now.
4) Why 400whp? Where did you come up with this number? Have you even driven a car with 200whp? 300whp? 400whp? I'm banking on no. 400whp on a FWD civic is retard. Torque steer will send you into the nearest solid object, post haste. Traction will be practically nonexistent without EXTENSIVE modification to things other than the motor.
5) $5000? That's little kid money when it comes to achieving high-power goals with a Honda. Even if you could eek 400whp out of a B16A with $5000, you still would have a stock chassis with stock suspension and street tires.
Go read a ******* book.
