My d15b2 takes 3.9 quarts. I put too much oil in once and it burned oil like all hell, and felt really sluggish.

Jesus you guys. Ok put in about 3.5 quarts then start the car so you can fill the oil filter. Keep it running for about 30-45 seconds to do that. Then shut it off and wait a minute or two to let the oil settle. Then check the dip stick. You will be a little low. I am guessing you dont have a lot of experiance on how much to fill when its low. So just keep adding little bits at at a time and check after a minute or two and see how close you are to the second dot. Ocne you get to the second dot your set.

Oh and it takes about 4. But its best not to over fill. You can cause engine damage if you over fill it.
