Default 94 accord v4

i am considering buying a 94 accord, it is in great condition. but there is only one problem... it's a v4. This is going to be my first car and i need to know if it is even worth modifying. So can somebody give my some feedback on this? Thanks

What?????? The accords have inline-4 motors. If you didn't know that, certainly don't try and modify it yourself.

Calling an I4 a V4 is a common mistake, as most people do not realize, or even think about, what the "I" or "V" stands for. There's no need to bash him for it, especially considering this is going to be his first car.

Nothing wrong with 4 cylinders.

People make 300 hp with them without much difficulty at all and they're reliable

My apologies, I wasn't trying to flame/bash.....I guess I was trying to relay that he should learn more about his car before he tries to modify it.
