question on axles

question on axles
at the shop the mech said that i need to replace the axles and i was wondering if id be better to replace the whole axles or just rebuild it or just change the cv axles instead of the whole thing?

if you are going to go turbo in the future you should buy new axle's that are rated for the horse power you are wanting to achieve. This way you will save money by not having to buy new axles when you finally do turbo your car. I would go with some DSS (driveshaft shop) axle's.
