Well do you mean vtec wires? Anyway, assuming you mean wires, you will also need to run a knock sensor wire. Everything should just plug right in besides that, though. You have to do a pin out on the ECU to plug in the wires you are going to run. Oh ..and another wire for the IAB. The butterflies in the intake manifold. This is not wiring related, but Your A/C compressor will not bolt up unless you get a mounting kit. Your power steering line may also not bolt in to your GSR pump. You MIGHT need a 99-00Si pump, which from what im told are pretty cheap and readily available used at most shops. You will have to un loom your wiring harness as the plug locations will move. Then re-tape and loom them when you plug everything in. Obviously, do the easy thing and make all harness chages with the harness OUT of the car.

the rear mount and the trans side mounts are different. But they should have come with the motor. The only difference is the mount brackets, im pretty sure. And, ofcourse, the front trans mount.

you have to re-pin your wiring harness, not the ECU. The ECU has pins...but your EK's harness doesn't (if it didnt have VTEC to begin with). Basically, you go to the junkyard, get a ECU connector, and open it up and take all the pins and wires out of it. You can use these to pin up your own harness. You can get a connector from any EK or EG or whatever. Just find the pin size that fits into the slot for VTEC, IAB, and KNOCK.
