Were you able to get the tag #? There is no question that SOMEONE on this site has seen that getaway hatch before! From the looks of that vid the police should be able to have a team look at it and figure it out no problem. Not to many people get that car stolen on tape!

I know there is a Site in tampa called http://www.tamparacing.com that is a local forum, perhaps you should see if there is a local Orlando forum? Also go to some of the "Meets" and "Race spots" From the looks of that person I bet they hang out in those areas!

Ohh and if you get any leads they are in my area, Let me Know!

Good Luck!

no window breakage, hegot past my alarm too.

I'm puzzled how hegot the hood open cause I relocated my hood cable to in the engine bay and put razor blades where people normally pop the hood from the wheel well.....he also somehow got the door open without a slim jim, again, puzzled.

wow, so sorry to hear this man. The more and more I hear about cars getting stolen the more nervous I get. I started taking my ECU with me... but even that is possible to get around. Best of luck getting your car back and hopefully the thief dies in a crash.

Damn, orlando sounds like cali. I guess i'm lucky that around here auto theft isn't such a big deal that you have to relocate cables and stash razor blades.

The fact he didn't use a slimjim makes you think he has a key. Any chance someone copied yours? Is there such thing as a master or skeleton key for hondas? Mabey he knew somenoe at a dealership and wrote down your VIN number one day? I know I got the dealership to cut me a honda key once with only my registration, state ID, and VIN.

Still this is a small world. With pictures like that he is bound to turn up. Any chance the local news would air the pictures? We have something called crime stoppers around here where they dedicate a small segment of the news to evidence like this.

to the OP: i live in that area too my 1996 emerald green was also stolen on april 1 and recovered completely stripped on april 6 in lake county. im very pissed so i'll be on the look out for ya too.

oh yeah also there was no finger prints and no smashed windows i hate how easy hondas are to break into. also if you live in central florida NO police department has LO-JACK. the cops told me the best thing to do is get an alarm with GPS and its on hidden power source

Razor blade idea is insane. Crazy good but its sad it boils down to this. To lowlifes who can't afford a car of their own
