Trade my 05 Silverstone s2000 for a BMW M Z4 roadster?
Just wanted to get your opinion on the M Z4 roadster - I drove one the other day and love the refined feeling and tons of legroom that my s2000 just doesn't have.
Since I have two s2k's was thinking about getting rid of my 05 Silverstone for the BMW instead.
333hp sounds very enticing and the refined chassis, better sound insulation has pretty much sold me.
What do you think the dealer would give me for my s2k? Or should I try to sell it by myself? I'm willing to let this car go for below KBB if anyone wants it.....
The silverstone is a mint 2005 with the oem red/black interior in case anyone is interested

I love the z4's, they are great cars.
If I had to get one, I would get the M coupe. I dont like the roadster, I have no need for a convertable.

It's not a straight up trade NO WAY...hahaha - if that was the case I'd be driving the BMW roadster already!
I'm hoping to get 24-25k for my s2000 so if anyone wants a clean s2000, hit me up and I'll be glad to deal.
Just to clear things up I'm not looking at the older m-z3 coups!
I want the Z4 M-powered convertible roadster. I don't like the Z4 M-powered hardtop just because...hehe
But one factor besides the luxury and more hp that is a big plus for me is EXTRA LEGROOM AND overall space. On long road trips I always wished I could stretch out a bit more in my s2000. (granted I'm 6'2, 180 lbs)
Dealer wants $54k for the roadster so it's a lot more moola than the s2k

Money is still money so if I can minimize my losses that would be ideal. I saw a used M Z4 roadster for $49k with only 3k miles. I have a few pending buyers for my s2000 so we'll see since the guy is coming this weekend to take it off my hands.
I really do like the z4 more in terms of leg room and smooth power + torque.
I'll still have my yellow blown s2000 so don't see the need for 2 of the same cars. Still patiently waiting on my special spec'd out GT3. Will post pics when it arrives at the dealer but it's got a pretty sick color combo:
Got a white GT3 with the yellow PCCB's, yellow deviation stitching, yellow dials and yellow seat belts on the black leather/suede interior. It's one of a kind for sure - going for the EGG look

I know you're looking at the roadsters, but the 335i coupe is an awesome daily driver car. Great fun to drive and has an amazing power plant.
Having both a s2k and 335i is a great garage

You should give the 05 and up porsche boxster (the S if you can afford it) a look.
I own a 04 s2k and was very suprised by it. I didn't think i would be that impressed, but i defintely was. It was so easy to drive it from the get go. I never drove one before and right when i took it out of the lot i was amazed by it. Midengine
I also test drove the new Z4, but not the m series and came away not impressed. It was quieter than the s2k, but didn't like the feel of it or the pricetag.
