I took the first two a few weeks back. Within 2 weeks my car has changed to what it is now. I know I need wheels. I've got to find a good set and get some money. Im also in the middle of a ls/vtec build, so money isnt my friend.

Sorry, but that lip is a fake one for a 99-00, but if your going for the cheap look your almost there.

 

Sorry ,but IMO, it looks like another ebay special car. A real lip would set it off though.

 

I like the lip , cheap lips rock ftw , east coast roads suck , who wants to scrape their super jdm cooler than your mom lip on the ground that you waited 3 months to get . screw that . good work man keep it coming

I figured that I would be getting some critisism. Thats okay. But the ONLY thing thats an "eBay Special" is the lip and the grill. The exhaust is 5Zigen, and everything else is from passwordJDM.com. But the LS/VTEC is next in line. Got some parts coming and gotta find some more, hopefully withing the next couple of months that will be done.

 

Months?! Damn, I'd cry if I had to wait that long. I'd be too excited to wait.

yeah, Im tight on money, and AFTER I already ordered all the exterior stuff, my buddy sold me his LS for $200!!! Oh well. Now I need to find a cheaper head, but it needs to have everything... I can live without cams and valves and valvesprings, but I need everything else. Then I get to start building. I have to get a lot of stuff machined. So thats going to take some time. Ive started to disassemble the block though, so I should get my rods shot peened and new rod bolts and everything done soon. I want to find some pistons before I get the block done so that the block will be done. The valve train is going to kill me in money, but its going to be my biggest power adder, so Im going to do it right. But Im HOPING that it all gets done quickly, whether money and resources permit though, who knows.
