Just put in tranny, stiff shifting now?

Just put in tranny, stiff shifting now?
I just put in my tranny into my integra. Its much stiffer shifting now. Not even in gear, just movin the shifter back and forth in neutral its much stiffer. Could i have over tightened the linkage maybe?

One that bolts to the side of the trans is the stabilizer,
the one that goes to the Bottom of the shifter is the actual linkage.
Did you grease it enough when you put it all back together also?
