Hello I 'm a newbie here just a quick question about the tail lights.

I just sold my 97 Lude and bought a 03 S2K a week ago.

I really like the new Led Tail Lights on the newer model S2000'S. Will they fit on a 03 S2000? Looking at it from side by side the look like they will fit also the parts Mgr at al local Honda dealer said they would? Is It a waste of money and time or am I better off leaving them alone? Thanks your comments are greatly appreciated!

 

you need to cut new holes behind the headlights and drill new mounting holes.....

people do it all the time no big deal

and either modify your 03 tail light harness or buy new ones....

 

did this on my 03. its a great mod and well worth the time/money. hardtopguy has the kit that includes the tail lights, new connectors/clips, template to cut the frame, foam seals, and brackets for the new mounting holes. i did it in about 3 hours. the cutting can be somewhat of a pain if you dont have the right tools. the cutting tool i had was too big, so it made for some ugly cutting.
