Default Swapping intake manifold from 98 to 99. Worth it?

I have a 98 CRV(126 hp), would swaping to a 99 (146 hp)Intake manifold make a difference or no? I know there is a difference in compression that is one of the reasons the 99 has more HP. How much of a difference does the IM make though?

Thanks

It should make a very nice improvement (visual and performance). I would venture to say 3-4 HP from the intake mani.
