Default what's the deal here?

ok this just happened recently. i have no idea what the hell is going on w/ my car. it's a auto (f23a4)

when i gas it, my rpms move... but at the same time, sometimes they drop while i am gasing it & moves higher again.

it feels like this jerking motion.

Maybe ignition timing is off.

this does sound like a problem with the timing...do you have aftermarket adjustable cam gears?

at first i thought it was the tranny but i doubt it because the car still moves like normal. it just stutters. i checked the vaccum lines but there are no leaks or clogs. i think the ignition is jacked up but i don't know how to go about checking that. how do i fix it? i have an aftermarket ignition. MSD 6aL & a aftermarket coil.
