i just finshed putting in my 01 type r motor in my 96 civic hx and it has 2 check engine lights which are the primary o2 sensor and the secondary 02 sensor. i have a b16 head bored out to type r specs and a brand new type r bottom block. when i hit second gear and 3rd gear the car bogs out when accelerating. Im thinking its my timming. im running a 96 gsr ecu this is the only thing that is holding me back from breaking in the motor. i need HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

 

how about taking care of those o2 sensors and getting the right ecu in there. just a crazy thought.

 

which ecu do u prefer?

 

the stock itr one works fine

 

make sure your map sensor and tps sensors are not switched around
