Default ULEV accord Vs Non-ULEV Repair/cost/maintenace Questions

Ive searched through over 2 dozen topics but havent seen something described in detail.

What is the exact difference on the ULEV and LEV accords - are ULEV more problem prone or do they cost more to fix when something goes wrong with the car ---

What would i need to swap to get rid of this ULEV stuff?

No, there's something slightly different with the motor, and I want to say it's the cam. I can't remember for sure. Primary O2 sensor is different as well. I'm not sure what else (besides the cat).

Remember, the LEV motor is the F23A1, while the ULEV motor is the F23A4.

Cost of repairs are the same really, since most everything is close to the same as the LEV motors. However, the ULEV cat is vastly more expensive. Don't know about the O2 sensor.
