heat shields are rattling?

I have a 93 Integra RS, and my heat shields are rattling like crazy!! can I take one of them off?

Yes you can remove it.

There are a bunch of threads on heat shield rattles in the archived content.

yeah just take off the bolts and ride without it. but taking it off means excess heat from headers might cause **** to happen. like stuff melting or you know what i mean.
