reason why apexi would have two part numbers for JDM ITR header?

Default reason why apexi would have two part numbers for JDM ITR header?

186-H002 GT Manifold 96-97 Integra Type R JAPAN MODEL ONLY 42.7mm-50.8mm-54mm
186-H004 GT Manifold 98-00 Integra Type R JAPAN MODEL ONLY 42.7mm-50.8mm-54mm

what would make one for the second gen and the other for the first gen? specs are the same, right?

secondly, these would fit on a 1. GSR in EK, and probably 2. GSR in EK with AC, maybe?

there are two variants because the header bracket for the jdm 96 and 98 itr's are different
