Head Shield Rasping Noise?
my 97R has an comptech exhaust on it and i kinda feel that it's making an rasping noise when i push it around 3000-3500RPM but then it goes away after that. can this be the heat shield?

you have to look underneath and make sure everything is tight. I had a simalar noise and it wound up being a lower bellhousing bolt that was loose. good luck.
