you're going to have to be more specific, both companies make different springs with different drops

 

The Tein S-Techs are 1.9Front and 1.7Rear. They can be used on stock shocks and are very comfortable.

 

Skunk2 springs are reasonably priced, I got my lowering springs for a little over a hundred dollars

But Tein is just as good, if not better, but what kind of springs do you mean? Lowering or adjustable coilovers?
