Default Window issue

Hey guys, on my 1994 Honda Civic DX my manual window window-**** dosent seem like it is catching against the other gear, it just spins around, the panel is off but i can't see the gears because the rest of the door is metal welded on, is there any way to get the handle to hit the other gear again....if this is what it means for a window to be off track then let me know......thanks in advance

PS...what would i do if the gears were stripped?

did you put on the window roller handle while the door panel is off?? check which side is stripped the regulator or the handles if either one is stripped you'll need to replace
