I used a SOHC ZC bottom end and a P-08 head. The pistons were PM7's as were the rods (w/ arp bolts) . RS machined the block and the rods. The cam was a JDM D15b. And there is a bdl cam gear on it. The header was from a 99-00 ex, and I used a skunk manifold and BDL 68mm TB.

It made about 150whp and 110ft/lbs w/ that setup. The header was the weakest link. A good header would make that motor awesome. Next would be the cam, it needed a bigger one. It barely ran on pump gas. A bigger cam would have had optimal dynamic compression for a borderline pump/race gas motor.

The motor, (in the condition it was in when I did the story) is actually gonna be for sale soon. I crashed the car a week after the story was done. I think there's about 100 miles on the thing.

I put a new front end on the car a couple issues back and now I want a K.

Hit me up if I missed anything about the build that you wanted to know.
