no it won't, unless he is going to run without the caliper then it will...other then that...NOPE!

My friend is running 13" stockies with his Civic DX fronts and whatever rear discs. Now, the OP didn't specify he had front Integras or Civic EXs, so then I would assume he has the 9.5" front, in which case it will fit.

Wow, not to misiform, but I have 14's on my car, and the wheels, barely fit over the calipers. I have never tried 13's on my car, but I just can't see it working.
