does the paint on the fit sucK?
hey guys i went up to the mountains today with my friends and a little rock hit my sideskirt on my ssm fit sport and now the paint it hit peeled off 
why is this?

Ferraris have incredibly soft paint, which makes them very resistant to rock chips.
The Fit has hard paint which is most likely very thin.

If you intend to use your Fit in environments where it might be subjected to rocks or other debris, or if you simply want some additional paint protection, you can check out a product such as StonGard.

It's a $16k car, of course the paint isn't that great. I can definitly tell the difference between my DC5/S2K and the Fit. Most notably, the overspray on fenderwells/tow hook. It's a cheaper process, no doubt.
