Default *** hondata launch control question ***

I have my car tuned with hondata s300... and after I had it tuned I was looking at the settings on my computer and the launch control was not tured on...I was just wondering if it was ok to just check the box to turn it on, set the rpm, and set it to the "always on" setting and set the maxspeed to like 2mph or something low like that, the reason im asking is because there is also options to adjust fuel and timming, but do I have to do that or can I just turn it to "always on" and set the rpm and speed to turn off??

also with the full throttle shift can I just turn that on and set the rpm, and set it to "always on"as well...or is there anything special that I would need to do, there is also a check box that says invert input on both the launch control and the full throttle shift do I just leave that unchecked??

thanks

"always on" is fine. The fuel and timing adjustments are if you want to setup anti-lag. You probably don't want this if it's not a drag car.

i have mine setup for always on and the speed to like 9mph, actavation rpm at 3700 and the limiter at 4000 then 50 fuel, -30 ignition. just set the actavation rpm a couple hundred below your limiter.

Full throttle shift cannot be set to always on or you will always have a revlimit of whatever you set the full throttle shift to. You must set up the input you wish to use for that and run the wire to a clutch switch.

There's no need to run aggressive anti lag settings, you're not doing anything good for your motor or turbo by doing so. I leave with 8psi on slicks, there's no fwd street car that needs to leave with 15+psi....

I had my car tuned on s200 and im not sure if i got any option or the base as i got it from a friend the serial # is s200-2465.
Im almost positive it is a base and i want to add launch control and 3-step but do i need to get data logging in order to activate it my self?
