b16 head vs gsr head question

since my other thread got locked gotta try again........i got a jdm b16 and i need to replace the head is it better to get another b16 head or mabee a gsr one?

From my understandings the B16 flows better than a GSR. An ITR head is essentially a B16 head with upgraded valvetrain and a mild port job. So I'd go with a B16 head.
