HID idea

Did anyone tried to break off the block cover piece sitting inside the headlights? When you install the HID kit? Doesn't it look better?

Doing so would only result in even more unwanted glare.

You obviously have no idea how a headlamp works. Don't break off anything if you want your light output to help you see at night.
