The GReddy kit is a simple install but its a very small turbo that is limited in airflow. Check out a kit with a bigger turbo, like a T3, from Rev hard or Drag.

For the most power go with DRAG Gen 3 Turbo Kit. You can find it at http://www.importparts.com for about $3200 for your car. Hope I helped.
Custom is the way to go with the Zydne SECU.
T25 turbo from a second gen Eclipse GS-T and some others = quick spool = almost instant boost and power = very quick street car.
14b turbo from a 1st gen Eclipse Turbo and some others = slightly slower spool = a little lag but more boost (higher psi) available in the long run = more more power in the long run if built right = good for drag applications on small bore motors and fast street cars with very little engine build up.
16 and 18 mitsu turbos, t3/t4 setups, and other setups I have less info on so will only coment that they all act a little different in terms boost levels and spool time some need higher levels of engine build up and intercooling.
I know the T25 and 14b will bolt up rather easily in a CRX or Civic with a d16a6 or ZC. Some folks use adapter plates with HF manifolds, some use just the HF mani, some use custom manifolds. just depends on how much cheese you have in your pockets.
HTH a little
