yea exactly, the inner yellow lights are the fog lights. You can wire those up separatly to a switch to turn them on and off whenever you wish. The turn signals aren't lit up either though. You're just going to have to go to the source and see what the problem is, track wires and connect them where needed. The turn signals should be lit up as the same time as the corner lights on the USDM fronts, so you can track down where that harness is and get power from that.
fogs are to be with a relay to the battery and a foglight switch. You take the switching power source from the parking/city light. I tried wiring the side signal lights so that they signal as well and have the same thing happen with the sidemarker lights. I was able to do this with the usdm front, but you can't do it with the JDM ITR front, because the front signal bulbs are not dual filament and do not take 2 power sources (parking and signal). It is either parking light or signal, which is the same case with the sidemarker lights, which are single filament as well. I went ahead and wired my sidmarker lights to coincide with the parking lights and the front corner lights to signal.
