Default WTB:H23 Valves and Timing Belt

yea so i snaped the timing belt in my interference h23a1 motor and therfore resulting in need of Timing Belt and Valves...... Valve more inportant then Timing belt!

i think you'll need more than valve... you'll need a whole new head... if valve are bent... more likily is the valve seat too... better off just getting a new head...

this happened before as well Exept for last time it was the pulley that fell off.....and all we did is took off the head got new valves,Pulleys,and a new Head Gasket

i have some h23 valves...im not sure how many you need because i dont have a complete set.

i can also inspect them and regrind the faces for a little extra.

I've got a set of valves and a couple of heads available. Can regrind the valves, backcut if you want will polish stems as well.

You should get the guides inspected. 9x out of 10 you will crack or break the guides leading to accelerated guide wear as well as increased oil consumption.

how many Valves do you have, and what kind are they?

they are just h23 valves out of a used head. the margins are still good. i have a full set and then some. i threw out the ones that have nicks on the stems (because i had two sets worth)

really how much do you want for them...and do you have any pictures?

yea i can get you pictures on monday. i have not started on reconditioning the valves yet.

i think we charge like 180 for a full valve job but that includes head work so...i was thinking maybe like 40-50 for the set?

intake valves are generally 8 bucks and exhuast are around 4 bucks each at new. so im only asking half the price and each will be inspected and grinded

just lmk and ill see what i can do.
