Default hid question

dont know if this is the right spot but i didnt see any other place i could post this in.

one of my ignitors went bad on my hids when i turn on my lights one bulb just flickers like 3 times and doesnt come back on.

i was wondering is there any place locally that i can buy a new one thats not ebay i dont really want to wait and for how much do they go for

junkyard.....good luck finding an ignitor that hasn't been removed already.

HIDplanet.com is like the honda-tech of HID. Go there.

Really the only way to fix your situation is either buy one from egay or from hidplanet.com and have it shipped overnight. Thats what I had to do....

I say junkyard too, never know what you find. Lots of hid kits now come with ballast and ignitor built into one unit, so you may not beable to find just the ignitor. It doesn't hurt run different brands either, just do a hidden install and make it clean. I ordered mine from thexenonstore.com, the guy there responds to questions in a matter of minutes and maybe he can hook you up with just a ignitor.
