I know a lot of you wear safety jackets and such protection on the track, but do any of you wear these on the street?

See, I'm planning to get me my first bike in near feature and I want to invest in safety jacket, knee protectors, etc. Those protection that goes beyond helmet, boots and leathers and I want to findout if there is a lot of riders who put these on the street.

Your inputs will be appreciated.

I typically leave my back protector out when street-riding. I don't wear knee braces. I may pick up a safety jacket for Supermoto use.

 

I have a 2 piece leather suit. On the street I wear
leather jacket
helmet
ear plugs
back protector
race boots
leather gloves
I have some textile pants I wear on the street sometimes.

 

you wear the same stuff on the street.
I wear my leather jacket, sidi b-2 boots, full cuff gloves, helmet obviously, and most of the time my leather pants as well.
