Default ecu, which to get?

Im building a ls/vtec all motor set up with a b16 head from a crx and a b18a1 bottom block. The head consist mainly of skunk2 products (valves, springs, retainers, IM, cam shafts and gears, probably TB too) Im putting this motor in a 94 integra ls manual. My question is what ecu am I supppose to buy? I think im suppose to buy the p72 ecus that are made for gsr's but I was on TI.net and a few people that had lsvtec set ups were using p28 ecu's with chips. Do I buy a gsr ecu, or do I buy a p28 with a skunk2 chip?

chipped/socketed p28 ecu The stock gsr ecu will look for the iabs in the stock gsr intake manifold, which you won't have, so don't waste your money. Tuning will definitely be needed with your set up.
