The time has come when we are closing our doors, likely forever, to the business that has provided wheel repair and related services to the greater Seattle area and the entire globe since 1978.
David has decided to move on and go back into the automotive body and frame arena, which, as it turns out, is where he finds the greatest personal satisfaction; Jim is looking into the possibility of painting for a little airplane company started by a guy named William Boeing; and Ben and Sue are going to continue working together to achieve the desire of their hearts.
The corporation will be kept active, the Foster’s™ name and our shop phone number retained, and all of the equipment safely stored in the event we decide that shutting down WASN'T the best idea.
There will likely be a few tears shed, but we are all happy to be going out “on top” with our heads held high and our hearts satisfied with the help we have been able to offer each one of our thousands of customers/friends.
Our best wishes to all.
