I recently bought a 91 civic SI with an unfinished B18A swap. The engine is in and wiring and fuel lines connected but some of the vaccume lines arent connected( the ones to the fuel rail are). Ive gotten the car to turn over and backfire once in a while but it doesnt start. I got the starter checked and it works rust fine, replaced the rotor, re gaped all the plugs, and fuel goes to the rail. I looked at the injectors and their not new to any degree but when i pull the plugs after starting their coated in fuel. The plug wires are also working. When i put the distributor in i did the whole TDC thing so i belive the timing is right, i tried adjusting the position of the distributor but it didnt change any thing. So im thinking something is wrong with the injectors but i dont know that for sure and the valves do click like their supposed to so if you have any ideas what would keep it from starting other than the unfinished vacuum lines or where to get a vacuum line diagram for a 91 integra LS i would greatly appreciate it.
