my passenger side boot is torn so i was wondering if b16 axles would fit in my gsr??? would any b series axles work??

true but id have to replace both inner and outer boots since both have a small tear so i figured might as well get new axles

 

i have ABS so what would happen if the axles werent made for it??

You do need ABS axles. Any B series should work just fine. You're going the right route with buying new axles. If the boot is torn, you never know what kind of crap got into your bearings and races. It only takes a LITTLE dirt to get trapped and ruin your axle. They're sealed for a reason.
