Default will exhaust match up for engine swap

i'm planning for a b16 swap this summer, so i've tryed to only buy upgrades that arn't proprietary to my d16, so i don't have to buy like two headers or whatever. so far i've installed a CAI, full suspension, rims, catback exhaust and soon to be big brakes! as far as i know i shouldn't have any problems matching things up except i don't know if the new b16 with performance headers will. will b16 headers match up to a 92 civic's 'cat'?
