Out at the track this weekend and was filming Bisi's 10.34 run, next thing I know this yellow blur jumps the wrong way in my shot
Everyone turned out ok - the
other driver totalled his car (obviously) just thought I would post it here. If
you guys subscribe I will have more videos cut from filming out there for
your entertainment. It was my first time out at an actual event so, I enjoyed
getting some stuff on tape. An ugly Florida morning turned out to be a
decent day for racing.

Gay *** Orlando speedworld. CAnt even prep the fuking track . Worst BOti event ever thanks to the osw crew for their great track prep. Even 13sec cars where going all over the place aswell. In that vid you could see Bisi working hard trying to keep the Honda in control. expletive OSW
wow, you can tell bisi was moving around on the track as well. glad to learn that he is doing well...any word on the other driver? is he ok?
Damn! I just saw that Mazda a couple weeks ago when I was in FLA for the Moroso event and the car was beautiful. I hope the driver is ok.
That track is horribly prepped as always. The weather was pretty bad plus there were winds around 25-35mph with gusts up to 45 during the day

The other driver was fine he was outside of his vehicle taking pictures in 2-3 minutes.

So far there isnt a viable replacement for the old PJ1 brand VHT.
I walked out to 60' shortly after they sprayed the track and there wasnt hardly any tack to the track.

In all my years of dragracing that had to be the worse track conditions I have ever experienced.
It was very obvious that OSW doesn't have any respect for driver's safety. Even after our accident and the cries of many other racers notting was done to improve the track conditons.
Thank god no one was seriously injured although our driver experienced two broken ribs.
VERY DISSAPOINTED at OSW!!!
Cars can be replaced but you only got one chance at life.

Thanks everyone for your concern but the driver is ok except for two broken ribs.
We all as racers need to get together and do something about these tracks that do not respect us. The very least they can do is provide a safe or an useable track especially at a special event. The last time I check we're the ones risking our lives and funding the entertaiment for everyone. Without us or the ones who pay the entrance fees to be entertained by our performance, these tracks would not exist.

oops had a typo on last post
moroso = orlando.
also moroso=mosoro tried switching over to the cheaper stuff, but found out real quick that it doesnt compare to vht. only took one week & we were back on vht.
not 2 mention u cant beat the smell of fresh vht in the morning.

It was unfortunate that Domingo's gorgeous car experienced such a mishap, but thank goodness that he is physically fine. I had no idea what was going on, since during racing, I focus on my instrument gauges, and glance ahead of me periodically. It was only at the return road that I noticed the issue.
As you could see from our launches (thanks Mike), the track surface was very poor after the heavy rain downpour, as I struggled as well to keep my vehicle straight...as I feathered the throttle, and bounced off the rev limiters in the first 3 gears...reminds me of Palmdale.
I wish him a speedy recovery, and hope that he gets the car running again soon. He is a great competitor, and I always have enjoyed his camaraderie, and support.
Thanks for all the kind words, and for all the attendees at BOTI in Florida, it was great meeting so many of you, and I look forward to visiting soon: thanks for the hospitality.

hey fransisco - chris (RPracing) we'll be in touch it was great to see the ITR run and getting to hang with you guys
definately nice to mix with you guys
and see what you do more closely - would like to cover more drag racing events in the future - it was great to meet bisi too its crazy that we live in a time when a 10.34 sec run isn't even mentioned in an all motor honda since we live in 9s now
considering the conditions, Bisi and a couple other guys really belted it out. Tony Laughlin went 11.4 in his K24 eg hatch I was very impressed with his setup. I need to rifle through the video and get more clips up here for you guys

The amount of track prep is determined by whomever is putting on the event. It is usually not even determined by the track itself.
Moroso had a great surface because they spent the extra time scrapping and prepping the track. NHRA wanted a great track condition and Moroso stepped up and did the work and spent the extra money on payroll.
Support the organizations that treat the racers like they should be treated. its not too much to ask for a safe and competitive racing surface.

Thanks very much Bisi for your concern and kind words. What's most important is that everyone is ok.
As usual it's always been a pleasure to race with you. We have the highest respect for you as a person and fellow competitor.
Wish you and your crew the best of luck racing this year.
