Default D16Y8 into 91 STD, needs help.

I want to swap a d16y8 into my STD useing a PG7 ecu and the complete d16y8. So I want to use the Inatake Manifold, Throttle Body, Fuel Rail, Injectors. I have a si tranny already.

My question is about the d16y8 injectors ATM, can I use them?
My friend said.. you have to swap them from another obd0 mpfi engine. Is that true?

If so I was thinking of useing the injectors from the 4dr 89 integra ls I got the PG7 ecu from. Will that work? What will I need to get from the Integra to make this work? I hope I came across clear..

Extra question plz:
If I use non Si parts to do this DPFI/MPFI swap will the Si distrubitor still work?

whats up man

the SI dizzy will bolt up to a Y8 head no prob, your staying obd0 so thats fine, your fine if you use the obd2 injectors and fuel rail as long as you use obd2 injector clips to go with it, you can just de-pin your obd0 plugs and add in the obd2 plugs. You have to delete your resistor box, just cut off the plugs on the engine side and solder the 5 wires together and heat shrink them up.
if you don't decide to do this that is fine, you can use any obdo injectors, d-series or b-series and pop them into the y8 fuel rail and still keep your obd0 injector clips.
as far as your other sensors the tps and maps and stuff will all plug in, you might have to extend a plug or two, thats fine just heatshrink them.

personally I would just go OBD1. the PG6 ECU won't give you optimum fuel and timing maps and you will still have to wire up a VTEC switch.
