can u put 99-00 si foglights in a 96-98 like just cut the bumper or dose any one have pics of the 96-98 square foglights that way i dont have to cut bumper i want to see what they look like

There is nowhere to mount them. The foglights don't just glue in, they use brackets that the stock '99-'00 bumper already has mounting points for.

Your choices are:
- Get '96-'98 round foglights (USDM style).
- Get '96-'98 square foglights (overseas style).
- Do a full front end conversion (headlights, grill, bumper, hood, fenders, and possibly core support). And then buy foglights.
- Find somewhere that sells the fake bumper that's made to look like a '99-'00, but fits on a '96-'98 (looks bad imo and I've never seen them for sale). And then buy foglights.
