The block, in this case, has no effect on the axles. If I am clear, your saying he is using his stock tranny, just mated to a different block. In that case, he would just maintain use of his stock axles. That or your saying he has an EG with a 96 tranny and head, mated to a ZC block. Still, in that case, he would use stock EG axles, as the dimensions of the S40 and S20 trannys use the same size inner and have the same basic outer dimensions.

yep...block is irrelevant. stock tranny, stock axles.
