Hi, I'v just bought a complete set of XS Power Stage II valve train (cams, spings, retainers), i would like to know if anybody here have had experience with this set, what is the best way to tune these cams.

I Have a 1998 Honda Integra SIR-G B18C (JDM)+ other mods.

i'd recommend you not put that junk in your car, if any of those fail you will have a ruined motor
