help me straighten this out

ok so i have A 1996 honda accord sedan with a 2.2 motor in it...i was wondering if by any chance that anyone knew like...the name for this motor like ive read and heard about f20 motors or h23 motors.... i just want to know what you would call my motor please help

Its a F22B2 motor...non-vtec 2.2L SOHC

If your car is a LX, DX or SE... then you have a F22B2, but if your car is a EX, then you have a F22B1 (vtec).

How did you know whether it was a b2 or b1??? he didn't give that info...
