how do port and polish jobs go for? Ive heard from $400 up to 2k? I just want a basic job to smoothe out everything. I don't need it bored out or anything like that

 

400 and up seems right

 

a simple valve job by a competant porter will do more for flow than a "stage 5" port job by some douche in a garage. plus they're cheaper, ~$250 from most places like portflow. if you're not looking to go all out this is all you really need.
