All four wheels are the rear ap1 wheels. to make them work I had to get extended lug studs and some hubcentric spacers. The tires on them right now are 225/50/16, but i have some 245/45/16 that are going on next, and they clear without any issues.

How much spacer did you (need?) to add?

Those are pretty big tires.

spacer is a 15mm, I got it from ichiba. Good quality hubcentric spacer.

IMO, these wheels look better on a 5th gen. Or perhaps my judgment is skewed due to your 4x4 stance.
Your milano red, however, looks good.

Not bad, but those wheels look better on 5th gens.

Also, are those spacers 4 to 5 lug adapters?

No its not lowered right now. that is coming soon. It still will not rub even when lowered. Its not a 4 to 5 lug conversion, its a full 5 lug conversion.
