Ok so i had a b16 in my 93 cx and i just swapped in my ls/vtec. I cleaned up the wiring harness do to the first swap had butt-connectors everywhere. So i hook up the battery start the car then i turn the car off but for some reason my climate control still has power lights stay on and you can turn the fan on(which blows air). at this point the ignition is off and the keys are in my had. I have no Clue. Any guesses?
