what is the timing spec for a b16a? like for example 16degrees btdc. and when people say jump the service connector , do they mean jump it and leave it jumped and start the car?

 

yes exactly. jump the 2 pin connector , start car , put timing light on it , make sure light flashes right when the middle of the 3 red marks passes by the pointer on timing cover , EXACTLY. if it doesnt , loosen dizzy bolts and adjust till it does.
